1) Navigate to the SmarterMail admin interface for the domain you are working with and sign into the top level admin account.
2) Select the Configurations tab and locate the Options section.
3) In the Options section, select the text box for Primary Domain Administrator.
4) Replace the user listed with the user intended to be the new Primary Domain Administrator
5) Click Save at the top of the screen.
