How to remove "Emailed Contacts" list from all users in ZCS 8.6.0

To do this, the following command must be ran for every user:

zmmailbox -z -m account@domain.com ef "/Emailed Contacts"

There is currently no way to do this for all users at the same time unless you write a script to do it.
